Vesper Draped Gown

Black tie, quietly. The Vesper is a floor-length gown in double silk crepe with a twisted one-shoulder bodice that drapes across the body and releases into a soft column with a short train. Internal corseting and a grosgrain waist stay hold everything in place through a six-hour wedding; the exterior looks effortless. Mulberry is the Ember colour of the season, ink is forever, and cloud white is for the bride who wants something sculptural. Made to order with a hemmed-to-height option.

We choose our cloth from long-established mills in India, where these fibres have been woven for generations, and hold every roll to the same standard before it is cut. Your piece is then made up by hand in our Australian atelier.

Wash cool and gently, dry in the shade, and press on a low heat. Silk and linen are happiest dry cleaned.

Australian sizing, AU 6 to AU 16. Cut true to size. Between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed line.
