Shipping policy

Made to order

SPARC pieces are made to order in limited runs rather than held in a warehouse, so nothing is cut until you buy it. Your order is dispatched within five to seven business days. If anything is going to take longer than that, we will email you before your dispatch date rather than leave you wondering.

What shipping costs

  • Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, everywhere we ship.
  • Fast shipping is $5 AUD if you would like your order prioritised once it leaves us.

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within a few days of ordering, remember that the five to seven business days of making come first.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia usually takes three to seven business days, and fast shipping is quicker. International delivery times vary by destination and by customs. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and remote areas take longer.

International orders, duties and taxes

We ship worldwide on the same free standard rate. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are not included in what you pay us. They are the recipient's responsibility, and customs may hold a parcel for inspection. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email jsjyothis96@gmail.com straight away and we will correct it if the parcel has not already gone. Once a parcel has been dispatched to an address you supplied, we cannot redirect it.

If a parcel is lost or badly delayed

Email jsjyothis96@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which includes a guarantee that goods will be delivered within a reasonable time.
