If you are writing about an order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something has arrived faulty or is not what was described, a couple of photographs will let us fix it in one reply.

Sizing and fit

Tell us your usual size and what you are deciding between, and we will tell you honestly which way a particular piece runs. Every piece has a fit note on its product page, and the size guide has body measurements in centimetres.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind on an unworn piece with its tags attached, including anything bought at a discount. Email us to start a return and we will send you a return authorisation and the address. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Delivery

Everything is made to order and dispatched within five to seven business days. Standard shipping is free on every order; fast shipping is $5. The detail is in our shipping policy.
