Plumb Short Suit Set

A suit for the months when trousers are too much. The Plumb blazer is cropped to the hip bone with a slim notch lapel and a half lining in recycled cupro. The short is tailored properly, mid rise, front pleat, a 13cm inseam and side pockets that lie flat. Both are cut in a recycled polyester and viscose suiting with a dry matte hand, four percent stretch and a memory for its own crease. It comes out of a carry-on ready for a Fitzroy meeting, a Noosa lunch or a Friday that runs late. Cold wash, hang dry.

• Care: Cool machine wash on gentle, hang dry immediately, do not tumble. Cool iron only if needed.
• Fit: Blazer cropped and close through the body, short mid-rise with a 13cm inseam. Model is 175cm and wears AU 8.

We choose our cloth from long-established mills in India, where these fibres have been woven for generations, and hold every roll to the same standard before it is cut. Your piece is then made up by hand in our Australian atelier.

Wash cool and gently, dry in the shade, and press on a low heat. Silk and linen are happiest dry cleaned.

Australian sizing, AU 6 to AU 16. Cut true to size. Between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed line.
