Ignis Print Silk Slip Dress

Ignis is the first SPARC artwork: embers rising from ink into butter and lava, painted in our studio and printed in-house onto 19 momme silk twill. This bias slip carries the print as a placement, with the flare of the artwork rising from the hem to the hip so no two dresses cut from the length are identical. Fine straps, a V neckline, a hand-rolled hem to the ankle. Each piece is numbered, and the run of one hundred will not be repeated.

We choose our cloth from long-established mills in India, where these fibres have been woven for generations, and hold every roll to the same standard before it is cut. Your piece is then made up by hand in our Australian atelier.

Wash cool and gently, dry in the shade, and press on a low heat. Silk and linen are happiest dry cleaned.

Australian sizing, AU 6 to AU 16. Cut true to size. Between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed line.
